DÉCHIRER

		DÉCHIRER is a collection of unglazed homogenous porcelain stoneware designed by the world-renowned Spanish designer, Patricia Urquiola. Inspired by the nature of cement, DÉCHIRER's large format tiles -- available in both traditional and unusual, hexagonal shapes -- create distinct, yet delicate textures that evoke the presence of a time-worn material. DÉCHIRER means to tear, a fitting title for a tile designed to connote the sentiments of the memories that remain after something is torn away.
